Rosemary has many therapeutic benefits it can be used to unblock congested sinuses which can cause and array of breathing problems, headaches pain etc. Just add a few drops to the bath or add a few drops to an essential oil diffuser.   
 
Rosemary is a natural blood stimulator which can have benefit areas of the body where blood flow is reduced this can cause pain in joints, muscle etc. Add a few drops mixed with a massage oil or a carrier oil such as coconut oil and massage into the muscle this will help reduce inflammation and relax the muscle.

If you suffer from acne our rosemary essential oil will help cleanse skin and kill bacteria causing acne and reduces inflammation which is caused by acne. With regular use of rosemary, it will prevent acne from reappearing. - Just apple 3-4 drop with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or olive oil and rub in to face in a circular motion for 1 minute. Leave on for 2 minutes and rinse off with warm water first and finish off on a cold rinse this will close the skin pores. We suggest you do this at night before going to sleep.
